Key Responsibilities:Quality Engineering Strategy:Develop, execute, and maintain processes and systems to ensure all products meet
customer and corporate specifications .Lead the
design and implementation
of a comprehensive
Quality Management System (QMS) .Continuous Improvement:Identify, validate, and lead manufacturing process improvements that enhance product quality and process yields.Champion
continuous improvement initiatives
to drive operational excellence across the facility.Leadership:Oversee and direct the activities of the
Quality Engineering Department , ensuring alignment with corporate goals and customer expectations.Requirements
Qualifications:
Experience:Minimum of 8 years in
management of a Quality Engineering Department .Solid experience in
metal fabrication ,
common machining , and
assembly .Background in large industrial facilities with at least
1,000 employees .Preferred Candidates:Individuals with experience living or working in
rural Southern communities .Excluded Industries:Food & Beverage, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Plastics, and Electronic Assembly candidates will not be considered.Job Stability:No job hoppers-seeking candidates with a demonstrated history of long-term success in previous roles.
