**Job Description:**- Provide case management services within a short-term acute care hospital setting.- Float between units and affiliate hospitals as needed.- Participate in a fixed schedule with no on-call or weekend requirements.- Maintain a 1:20 nurse-to-patient ratio.- Complete 40 hours of orientation.- Engage in non-billable modules, averaging 16 hours, completed pre-start and annually.- Must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day).- Travelers expected to float between sister facilities.- Maintain flexibility with the contracted schedule and requested time off.- Required to maintain good communication with provided devices.
