**Job Description:**- Open to first-time Case Managers with at least 1 year of experience.- Occasional weekend and holiday work required.- Will float between units; occasional work in affiliate hospitals nearby.- No on-call duties are required.- Business casual attire required for Case Managers.- Modules are non-billable, requiring an average of 16 hours pre-start and annually.- Must work 3 out of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day).- Orientation requires 40 hours and is non-billable.- Must have two supervisory references covering a total of 1 year within a similar specialty/setting from the last three years.- Providers are expected to float between all facilities within a given state.
