As an Executive Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our enterprise product landscape. Your responsibilities include driving modernization and transformation of our enterprise systems, collaborating with key business and technology stakeholders, and overseeing all technical aspects of the project.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading enterprise migrations using a combination of Oracle technologies (such as Oracle E-Business Suite, Fusion, Oracle Financials Cloud, Oracle Field Services, OCI, OIC, and databases) as well as cloud-based technologies like Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS). Candidates should possess both technical expertise and soft skills to effectively engage with business stakeholders and ensure the overall success of the transformation initiative.

Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility:

Strategic Development:

Develop strategies to enhance the financial technology function, including organizational design, recruitment, training, and employee advancement.

Team Leadership:

Manage a team of financial technology professionals and engineers, setting goals, priorities, and providing guidance.

Vendor Management:

Oversee outsourced vendors and consultants providing financial technology services.

Talent Management:

Hire, evaluate, and develop team members, including performance improvement plans and professional mentoring.

Program Development:

Grow the financial technology program aligned with company objectives.

Roadmap Development:

Define and develop the future roadmap for our enterprise platforms, aligning it with business objectives and technical capabilities.

Collaboration:

Work with cross-functional teams to map legacy E-Business Suite modules to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, optimizing processes and leveraging new functionalities.

Product Backlog Management:

Prioritize features, create detailed user stories, and translate business priorities into technical requirements. Own the technical backlog and engage hands-on to ensure business objectives are met sprint by sprint.

Additional Responsibilities: Data Migration:

Lead the migration strategy from Oracle E-Business Suite to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility. Oversee data migration, including using Oracle-specific data mapping tools and third-party migration software. Integration:

Ensure seamless integration of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP with other enterprise systems, maintaining data integrity and system cohesiveness. Liaison Role:

Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating priorities and complex technical concepts into clear objectives for successful modernization delivery. Continuous Improvement:

Drive innovation within the product, simplifying, streamlining, consolidating, and automating inefficient and poorly integrated business systems. This includes integrating AI-driven capabilities and data analytics to detect process inefficiencies. Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 15+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and at least 8 years focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP migrations. Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP functionalities. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience with Scrum or similar frameworks. Demonstrated experience with data migration tools and strategies specific to Oracle migrations. Familiarity with Oracle and non-Oracle technical integration tools and platforms, including Oracle SOA and OIC, modern REST APIs, file transfer protocols, and real-time data streaming. Excellent project management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Excellent communication skills including the ability to present to a diverse audience (business, technical, and leadership) and clearly communicate across diverse cultures and time zones. Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and data analytics is a plus.
