Responsibilities:Follow nursing standards, procedures and protocols to care for patients.Participate in monitoring, managing and coordinating the delivery of healthcare and providing progress information to supervisor.Document and reassess any significant changes in the patient's condition in compliance with facilitys policy.Ensure provision of safety and comfort of all patients.Maintain confidentiality of patient records.Effectively and respectfully work with persons from diverse backgrounds.Perform other duties as assigned.
