Southwire Job Description

• Promote HR programs to create a positive and inclusive workplace

• Manage the execution of open enrollment, surveys, and any required trainings

• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding experience for new team members

• Audit and reconcile bi-weekly payroll for all hourly team members

• Maintain and update employee data in HRIS information systems

• Assist in event planning and promoting monthly Employee Resource Group engagement activities

• Provide support to team members on various P&C topics, working to resolve any issues that arise

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications or other relevant field required.

• 3-5 years related experience

• Strong and effective communication skills required

• Willingness to facilitate trainings, orientations, and other opportunities requiring public speaking

• Must have strong organizational/time management skills

• Must be a self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
