In this pivotal role, you will take charge of both the strategic and operational management of quality processes, ensuring that manufacturing, clinical development, and laboratory operations uphold the highest standards of corporate policy and regulatory compliance.Your responsibilities will include:Developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive quality programs and policies.Leading and mentoring a dedicated team of quality professionals.Overseeing internal and external audits to ensure compliance and facilitate corrective and preventive actions.Collaborating across departments to establish and achieve quality and compliance objectives.The ideal candidate possesses an advanced degree and at least 20 years of leadership experience within the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors, with a strong emphasis on quality management. Experience in biologics, along with a thorough understanding of GMP and GCP, is essential; GLP experience is a plus.
