Job Description
Equinox Fitness is seeking an exceptional Help Desk Engineer on a contractor basis. This proven IT technician will assist with high-volume support. The right candidate will have a proven track record of IT support and technical abilities.
Responsibilities:
Unbox, verify specs, configure hash, and asset tag on 100 PCs
Enroll the PC into Intune by logging in and verify system updates, software testing, and ensure network connectivity.
Troubleshoot any issues during installation and configuration.
Collaborate with our Engineering team and service desk team with minimal supervision
Print shipping label and send the PCs to the corresponding facilities.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues which include desktop, laptops, printers, mobile devices, MS Exchange, MAC OSX, software/hardware installation and a variety of in-house applications, onsite and remotely.
Ability to Identify, research, and document resolutions
Ensures processes and standards to maintain Equinox IT systems are followed
Assist with various projects assigned to the Tech/Help Desk team.
Must be available to work onsite during business hours.
Qualifications:Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; or minimum of 1 years’ experience installing, maintaining, and supporting desktop technologies in an office environment.
Must possess a basic knowledge, familiarity, and experience with bulk setup, maintaining and supporting desktop hardware, software and network resources and protocols.
Strong support experience with industry-standard IT best-practices, concepts and procedures for end user clients.
Strong communication skills

Available to start immediately.
Pay Transparency: $15-20.00/hr
