The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the provision of audit, advisory, and conduct & ethics services for the US property businesses, with a global support role. This includes developing and executing a risk-based audit plan, supervising and executing various projects, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves building strong professional relationships, preparing and presenting reports to management and the audit committee, and managing a high-performing audit team. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related finance field, with a preference for an accounting designation and additional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Information Systems Auditor, or Certified Fraud Examiner. A minimum of ten years of experience, with a focus on risk management, audit, and advisory experience, is required. The role demands comprehensive knowledge of auditing practices, strong communication skills, and the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems. Experience in leading a local team and a proven track record of driving assurance alignment and enhancing overall performance are also essential.
