This vital leadership role requires a seasoned professional to lead audit, advisory, and conduct & ethics services for our U.S. property businesses while providing global support. The Chief Audit Officer will adeptly develop and implement a comprehensive risk-based audit plan, manage a variety of projects, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. Building robust professional relationships, preparing insightful reports for management and the audit committee, and nurturing a high-performing audit team are crucial components of this role.To succeed, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related finance discipline, with a preference for an accounting designation alongside certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Information Systems Auditor, or Certified Fraud Examiner. A minimum of ten years of experience focused on risk management, audit, and advisory services is essential.
