About the Role

The Quality Assurance Manager will be directly responsibility for the overall quality and quality standards of a national level program. Qualified candidate will ensure overall compliance with governmental policies and procedures regarding the transportation operations and well-being of Unaccompanied Children (UC). The Quality Assurance Manager will draft and finalize procedures, checklists, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensures strict adherence to procedures and SOPs related to UC care, end-to-end operations, communication with sponsors and shelters, as well as training of all personnel to include key positions, such as travel youth care workers. Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for creating and influencing quality decisions that impact the overall performance of this critical national level program.What You'll Do in Your New Role

Apply experience and the independent quality program using our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management and Capability Maturity Model Integration- Services Level 3 (CMMI-SVC L3) Quality Plan framework.

Leads quality adherence and mitigation strategies to correct, prevent, and/or alleviate nonconformances and identify opportunities for improvement.Lead team to discover root cause for issues and problems and determine process improvements.Apply metric data to lead monthly and re-occurring meetings for continuous process improvement initiatives.Collaborate with senior management personnel to ensure program-wide adherence to SOPs and government policies.Oversees compliance teams assignments, reviews, and recommendations related to serious incident reports and compliance.Leads quality training for the entire program.Identify and manage risk, making informed decisions in response to quality issuesRequired Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management or Bachelor's in Business Administration.Minimum years of 7 years of quality management experienceFormal training in Quality Control Proficiency: Knowledge of processes and methodologies(e.g. Six Sigma, or Total Quality Management).Strong communication skills to convey quality standards and feedback to team members, stakeholders, and senior management.Ability to use statistical tools and techniques to analyze quality data and trends.Proficiency with QA software and tools.Skills in conducting and managing internal and external quality audits.Understanding of risk assessment techniques and the ability to develop risk mitigation strategies.Ability to make informed decisions quickly in response to quality issues or regulation changes.Aptitude for identifying problems, analyzing possible solutions, and implementing effective resolutions with a dynamic team.Ability to pass a criminal background check.HSPD-12 PIV Credential Tier 1.National Agency Check and Inquiries-NACI Clearance.Ability to pass a drug test; will be subject to random drug testing throughout employment.
