The VP will lead a diverse team, integrate learning functions, and partner with senior leadership to identify skills gaps and develop targeted programs. Innovation, continuous improvement, and a passion for developing others are essential, as is the ability to manage a budget and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Applicants for the VP of Learning and Development position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and have a minimum of 10 years experience in learning and development, particularly in a leadership capacity. The role requires excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, as well as strong project management abilities. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven leader, adept at using metrics to evaluate program success and focused on driving impact throughout the organization.
