Recruiting Coordinator Intern
At Wyndham Destinations our success is dependent on your success and we go the extra mile to ensure you are prepared to be successful for the long term. Expectations
Source, pre-screen, and conduct phone interviews with viable candidates
Be prepared for daily/weekly meetings with the Recruiting Manager to discuss goals and the candidate pipeline
Ensure full lifecycle requisition management
Prepare a weekly sales and marketing headcount report
Submit weekly interview and offer activity
Attend weekly sales meetings / marketing huddles
Weekly Social Media Activity to include likes, shares, posts (minimum of 2 posts per week)
Pre-hire candidate check-in (minimum once a week) with at least one face-to-face meeting before orientation
Prioritizing “urgent items” – appropriate turnaround time to all internal/external customers
Requirements
1-3 years of sales, marketing, or recruiting experience is preferred
Demonstrate a positive attitude within a high-energy environment
General knowledge of smart devices and MSOffice applications
College degree is preferred, not required
