We're currently searching for a Recruiting Coordinator to support our Sales & Marketing Recruiting efforts for our New Orleans Team. At Travel + Leisure, we are dedicated to recruiting best-in-class Sales and Marketing professionals to add to our award-winning team.
Responsibilities:Source passive and active candidates through various recruiting channels (Indeed, LinkedIn, Career Fairs, Local Sources, Referrals, etc.)Conduct candidate phone screens for sales and marketing rolesSchedule candidates to come in for first and final round interviewsProvide an exceptional candidate experience from source to hirePartner with other Recruiting Coordinators in the Region to share best practices and maintain site and region-wide objectivesUse creativity to attract top sales and marketing representatives to Travel + Leisure (such as LinkedIn)Assist in promoting employee referral programUpdate candidate and staffing reports on a weekly basisProvide weekly follow-up with new hires until start date, including scheduling new hire paperworkBuild a social media presence to consistently promote the New Orleans TeamActively engage with Sales and Marketing new hires by attending meetings, sales and marketing training, visiting the sales floor, celebrating referrals, etc.Meet and exceed interview and show rate goalsPrepare and execute fun, upbeat "career nights" for the site as neededRequirements:
High Volume Recruiting and/or Sales experience highly preferredCustomer service experienceCold calling experienceMust be a team player and possess the ability to form good working relationships with othersHigh School or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree in related field preferredStrong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsMust be able to handle rejection and common objectionsIntermediate in Microsoft Office including MS Excel, Outlook, and TeamsGeneral smart device skillsMust be able to work in a fast-paced and competitive environmentAbility to travel between local sites when necessary**Must have a strong desire for upward mobility and career growth**The Recruiting Coordinator position is designed to be the start of a career path into a Site Recruiter role, preferably within 1-3 years. The Recruiting Coordinator must be able to relocate for a promotion within the region if the position becomes available outside of New Orleans, LA.
