Overview: The GPO Accounts Administrator is a crucial role within our organization, responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects related to Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs). This role ensures accurate reporting, maintains relationships with key contacts, and supports various internal teams to optimize our engagement with GPOs. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and have experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce. Key Responsibilities: Monthly GPO Reports:

Prepare and submit monthly reports for various GPOs. Ensure timely and accurate upload of GPO reports and distribution to relevant stakeholders. Process invoices and administrative fees associated with GPO accounts

Special Accounts Reporting: Manage and report on special accounts. Identify and communicate with main points of contact for these accounts within Inpro.

Liaison Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact between GPO field representatives, consultants, account managers, internal Inpro representatives, business development representatives, and customers. Assist members in connecting with their GPO representatives and leverage relationships with GPO partners and branches.

Account Maintenance: Download, edit, and publish monthly GPO membership rosters. Complete activation and deactivation requests. Perform hygiene and maintenance on GPO accounts in Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Handle new ownership changes by updating and creating new accounts. Manage marketing materials for GPO accounts, including updates, revisions, and creation of new content.

Lead Management: Distribute warm leads to Territory Managers (TMs) and Business Development (BD) representatives. Oversee and update landing pages and microsites for all GPO accounts with current and relevant material.

Product Management: Review contracts to ensure new or discontinued products are appropriately reflected in product listings. Coordinate with management to review and process GPO contracts.

Strategic Initiatives: Set up meetings with contacts. Explore marketing opportunities and additional programs with each GPO partnership. Update the internal GPO Sales Guide document with input from stakeholders. Handle incoming customer emails and requests related to GPO enrollment. Review contracts and set goals and targets for each GPO partnership, focusing on sales goals, new accounts, and project numbers. Leverage GPO construction project lists to identify and explore new opportunities.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably within the healthcare or related industry. Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Work Environment: This role is based in our headquarters with occasional travel required to meet with GPO contacts and attend relevant industry events. Standard office hours with flexibility as needed to meet deadlines and manage critical tasks.
