Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

will join a team dedicated to providing quality, culturally-competent and comprehensive community-based primary care, mental health and social services for diverse populations in underserved communities throughout New York City.

Responsibilities

Report to the Medical DirectorProviding evidence-based Mental Health Care to our patients in an outpatient setting and Telehealth setting with multiple sites.Be an integral part of a collaborative care team which includes nursing staff and other services such as Health Education, Nutrition, Social Work and Behavioral Health.

Requirements:

Current NYS license as Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)1+ years of experience as Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner delivering care in a Primary Care/Ambulatory Care setting
