Job Description:The Scrum Master coordinates an agile development team, ensures all activities use the principles of the Scrum Framework. The Scrum Master work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
The Scrum Master leads teams through work actions that can be completed within timeboxed iterations called sprints and tracks progress through 5-minute stand-up meetings. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree7+ year experience working in an Agile Scrum environment and advanced understanding of Agile methodologies5+ year experience with the SDLCExcellent communication skills, leadership competencies, and high level of emotional intelligenceExperience in working in multi-team environmentMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiencesPreferred Qualifications
Prior insurance operations backgroundTechnical documentation abilitiesAdvanced knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban development methodologyWorking knowledge of Agile Project Management ToolsScrum Master certificationPrevious experience planning and managing large projectsPrior experience in the health solutions industryWorking experience with IT teams

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is
(HOURLY RATE 43.5 TO 48).
This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered. Company benefits may include medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending or health savings account, life, and AD&D insurance, short-and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally required benefits.
