Job description Experience - 4 to 8 Years. Continuously monitor system alerts, logs, and dashboards to identify potential issues. Monitoring of application metrics (performance, availability etc.,) using Lookout Classify incidents based on their impact and urgency to facilitate efficient handling. Incident analysis & Level 1 triaging. Add L1 analysis to the to the incident. Assign tickets to respective teams for incident resolution. If the incident cannot be resolved at L1, escalate it to the appropriate support level (L2 or L3) with detailed documentation. After resolution, ensure that the incident is documented in the tracking system and follow up on any required actions. Log all incidents with relevant details, including time, affected systems, and any immediate actions taken.
