The candidate will develop, maintain, and improve solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) as well as Office, Teams, andSharePointto improve efficiencies and streamline business operations processes within the organization. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for solving problems by leveraging modern technology to assist with delivering faster capabilities to the warfighter. Responsibilities: Interface with clients to identify business requirements, design and develop solutions, and provide support Design, develop, configure, and deploy Microsoft Power Platform business solutions that include document management, automated workflow, collaboration, messaging, content management, and dashboards Troubleshoot, debug, maintain and improve existing solutions Research and evaluate alternatives considering Microsoft Power Platform as well as other toolsets available to the client, recommend the most efficient and cost-effective solution Provide technical and operational subject matter expertise for Microsoft Power Platform Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field Good interpersonal, communication, and customer relations skills Ability to learn new and innovative concepts quickly and apply them to business needs Hands on experience with Microsoft Power Platform Ability to obtain DoD Security Clearance Desired Qualifications: Microsoft Power Platform App Maker Associate Certified Understanding of Navy Working Capital business model and processes including Financial and Contract processes Proficiency with planning and development of enterprise business solutions considering stakeholder needs, current in-place architectures & tools, and data sources Expertise and hands-on experience with deployment, migration, and support of Microsoft 365 services, including (but not limited to): Office, Teams,SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate), Dynamics 365, Forms, and Planner Prior DoD, Navy, and/or NAVWAR specific experience - Understanding of current deployments of Microsoft 365 in DoD environments (e.g. Flank Speed) is a plus Knowledge of the DoD analytic platform, ADVANA platform and its capabilities Hybrid 1-2 days a week onsite in Charleston, SC Salary: 85k to align with experience and education Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
