We are looking for a skilled
Technical Support Analyst
to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing and troubleshooting tech support systems in the Telecom domain, with a strong understanding of Complex SQL, AWS experience (S3, Glue, Lambda), Dynatrace, and LogZ. You will be responsible for ticket analysis and resolution, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability.
Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.Any relevant certification will be an added advantage.Implementation / Working Knowledge of Complex SQL, AWS experience (S3, Glue, Lambda), Dynatrace, and LogZ.At least 4+ years of experience in Information Technology.Location for this position is Denver, CO. Candidate must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the area.All applicants authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications:Relevant experience in Complex SQL and AWS experience (S3, Glue, Lambda).Hands-on knowledge with LogZ, Dynatrace, Snowflake database, CloudWatch, ServiceNow, and AWS EC2.Good to have domain knowledge of telecom and wireless domain.Knowledge of MSSQL, MySQL, and database administration is a plus.Non-technical requirements: Production support mindset, flexible to work in shifts and over weekends; work from office is a must.
