We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with Salesforce, and a strong understanding of its best practices and functionalities. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the ongoing management and optimization of our Salesforce platform to ensure it meets the evolving needs of our business. Key Responsibilities: Create and manage Salesforce security, including roles, profiles (creating and deactivating user accounts), sharing rules, security profiles, permission sets, workflows and groups. Build custom reports, dashboards and workflows, including custom fields, Lightning pages and Lightning components. Work closely with the team to manage licensing requests and assignments. Ensure data is handled, transferred, or processed according to legal standards and Company guidelines. Work with the leadership team to establish suitable processes to support admin and ongoing project-driven opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Manage operational requests and reporting, including customer analysis, individual views, and troubleshoot and assist internal and external users. Stay up to date and informed of Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends, recommending improvements and optimizations, as appropriate. Conduct regular system audits to identify and mitigate potential security risks. Share information, knowledge, and experience with other team members, refining concepts and conclusions, where appropriate. Required Skills/Abilities: A bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Salesforce Administrator Certification required. Proficient in Salesforce configuration and administration, including a deep understanding of the Salesforce security model, workflow rules, and custom objects. Proven strong organizational and project management skills, able to plan, prioritize and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Salesforce Apex and Visualforce is a plus. Salary: Annual salary of $94,500, depending on experience and qualifications.
