Assists the General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations.Oversees the training and development of staffAchieves stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.May have a specific focus on managing the beverage program, managing employees, and/or restaurant event planningRequired skills and qualifications to be a Front of House Manager:
Able to pass a background screening3 years of fine dining restaurant management experienceAn above-average knowledge of beer, spirits, and wineExceptional customer service skillsExcellent basic math skills and the ability to operate a cash register or POS systemAble to communicate clearly and effectively with othersPhysical requirements for Front of House Manager
Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)Able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 poundsNote
