Job Description: The HCM Program Manager will manage the continued development and implementation of Ryan's Human Capital Management (HCM) program, Workday. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including HR, Payroll, IT, Finance and external vendors, to align HCM initiatives with organizational goals to ensure effective use of technology and seamless integration with existing systems and business processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a deep understanding of HCM best practices, and the ability to communicate effectively and gain alignment with stakeholders at all levels. This position requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex challenges and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Some things you can expect to do: Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of Workday HCM system implementation and upgrades Monitor system performance, functionality, enhancement and integrations, providing regular updates Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact the program's success Facilitate collaboration act as the main point of contact among stakeholders, including HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and expectations Facilitate meetings and collaboration sessions with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment of system configuration and business processes with stakeholder needs Continuously evaluate the performance of the Workday HCM system and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement Lead initiatives to improve system integration, automation, and user experience Compensation: The annual salary range is $114,000-$142,500. The salary may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
