Summary: Utilize CRM software to analyze customer data, identify trends, define/improve processes, and drive sales in partnership with Sales and Product teams. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer-related, data management or business fields required. 5 years related experience required. Proven experience of collaboration with cross-functional teams. Previous working experience demonstrating project management. Preferred Qualifications 7 years of experience is preferred. Technical writing experience preferred. Duties & Responsibilities Coordinates sales forecasting, account planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization. Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization's planning efforts. As needed, coordinates planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within the organization. Supports the equitable assignment of sales force quotas and ensures quotas are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources. Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement. Works closely with marketing leadership and sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement. Supports the deployment of the sales excellence roadmap across all platforms, liaising with the sub-platform sales, marketing, finance, and IT resources to ensure success. Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed. Responsible for generating the information that results in an accurate 90 day rolling forecast to be updated monthly. Responsible for generating updated sales coverage and penetration information required to support the Monthly Business Review. Responsible for structuring the CRM to align with the objectives and measurements required of the business. Implements enabling technologies, including CRM, to field sales teams. Monitors the assigned sales organization's compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data. Works closely with sales management to optimize the effectiveness of the organization's technology investments. Creates sales reports for management staff and uses the data from reports to create sales forecasts. Prepare reports detailing a variety of conditions in the market to deliver to management. These reports provide management with options for various market conditions. Analyzes sales performance considering sales goals and identifies areas of weakness the organization can address to improve sales. Makes recommendations for changes in sales techniques or promotional efforts to improve sales performance. Assist in the analysis of platform, region, account/customer, and product alignment and optimization. Responsible for conducting analysis and reporting on the effectiveness of key marketing activities such as tradeshows. Tracks key growth indicators such as leads generated (web etc.) and the resulting conversion into revenue. Performs historical customer purchase analysis and trends to support targeted marketing campaign efforts. Work to ensure processes truly enable sales and fit effectively into our overall sales management program.
