Description: NSI requires a Senior Logistician/Program Analyst to support MTUAS Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) efforts for A Group 3 Unmanned Aerials System (UAS). The Candidate will support the planning, development, and execution of the MTUAS Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) efforts for a Group 3 Unmanned Aerial System (UAS). Activities encompass life-cycle sustainment planning and analysis; Coordination/issuing/tracking of Urgent Logistics Action Requests (ULAR); Publication development, review, and revisions; Training curriculum review; and coordination of Technical Data in support of the development of a Tool Control Manual. Tasks performed may include: Support of life-cycle planning efforts to include analysis of maintenance planning & procedures, tool inventory, support equipment, and training, reliability, maintainability, and operational supportability Support of process improvement of MTUAS sustainment by identifying areas for efficiencies and improvements through analysis of existing operating procedures and policies. Analysis efforts may result in changes to maintenance planning, manpower requirements, provisioning, support equipment, training syllabus/ curriculum, training devices, technical data packages, PHST planning, and facilities requirements Support of test event preparation and execution through the staging of spares & support equipment Support of sustainment contract planning and execution with technical review of SOWs and contractor CDRL deliverables Review of vendor developed publications and inputs for compliance to government standards that support IETMS, Operator Manuals, & maintenance manuals Support configuration management efforts to include Physical Configuration Audits (PCA) and tracking of planned configuration through Technical Directives letters Act as a liaison with the SOCOM, Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) requirement office, SOCOM sustainment contractor, and logistics staff Location: Lexington Park, MD Education: MS or MA degree preferred. Experience: At least ten (10) years of experience related to of Navy aviation projects. Desired Skills: Experience with configuration management, real time DT an OT test support, quality assurance, and quality control processes Strong written and verbal communication skills to inform managers and other stakeholders of results Ability to prioritize tasks and meet daily deadlines for projects Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Share Point, and PowerPoint. Security Clearance: Secret Clearance is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
