The Headlines:
In the role of Real Estate Manager working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Americas Legal and Government Affairs team. You will be responsible for assisting in the oversight and management of Molson Coors’ North American and LATAM real estate portfolio, including the transactional life cycle management of owned and leased properties including breweries, regional office, industrial/warehouse, commercial sites, inter-company agreements, and land-related transactions, easements and right of ways.
This role reports to the Director of Real Estate & Facilities and works closely withoutsourced real estate vendors including brokers, appraisers, space and land planners, lease administration firms, and various stakeholders in North America and LATAM on real estate and facility requirements.
The Responsibilities:
Assist in real estate transactions - leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, easements and right of ways
Develop and evaluate real estate analytics and business cases
Work with owned and leased property real estate metrics to optimize the Molson Coors real estate portfolio
Gather market knowledge including real estate valuation and comparable property info.
Actively manage existing lease requirements - operating expense pass throughs
The Other Qualifications:
You have a bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in business, finance, or real estate management
You have 3-5 years of real estate contract, finance, and analytics experience
You are a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and hold a real estate broker license
You are knowledgeable in real estate strategies and agreements and have experience with real estate negotiations, practices and procedures
You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
You have strong communication, organizational and time management skills with an attention to detail.
You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome.
