We want you to join our team of brand ambassadors who believe the world is full of untapped opportunities.The Headlines:In the role of Senior Electrical Automation Project Engineer / Engineer (PM) working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the Technical Services and Support (TS&S) department. You will be responsible for developing, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling capital projects from $500k up to $20M. You will work closely with the Brewery and engineering consultant teams to deliver projects from inception to completion. In addition to project management, this role will also provide a high level of optimization support to drive improvements in energy and water consumption.This position reports to the
Senior Manager of Electrical, Automation & Controls Design , and works closely with the Integrated Supply Chain operations teams.The Responsibilities:Provides advanced project management expertise required to execute projects complying with the MolsonCoors’ project management philosophy (FEL) as well as all of MolsonCoors’ financial policies.You will work with the Consulting firms and Construction Managers to issue for construction bids, purchase equipment and materials, and begin construction of the project.During Project Reviews, the technical expertise and problem-solving skills of the PM/designer will lead them to identify Value Engineering opportunities to make the project deliver the best solution at the optimal cost.Subject Matter Expertise (Electrical & Automation Scope): You will be assigned as the Subject Matter Expert, supporting the Brewing Design PMs, Packaging Design PM’s, and Utility Design PM’s for all electrical and automation scope on projects.Maintain the forecast of the project expenditure, provide Estimates at Completion, and deliver the project to the satisfaction of the customer.The Other Qualifications:You have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Chemical engineering OR equivalent experience (8+ years) in the field of Electrical Engineering.You have at least 8 years of experience in a sanitary food production environment.Expertise with Programmable Logic (PLC) or Distributed Process Control (DCS) systems.You love a challenge and complete complex projects quickly and adeptly.You build relationships and collaborate to achieve desired outcomes.You take accountability for results – acting with
