Experience Required for Your Success High School diploma or GED A Certification or an equivalent combination of education and experience with the ability to demonstrate knowledge Prior experience in an IT support role Imaging experience is a plus Basic understanding of IT support functions, including troubleshooting hardware and network issues Familiarity with common office hardware, including printers and network Ability to identify and resolve network connectivity problems Strong communication skills for collaboration with remote support teams Willingness to work overnight shifts and be on call during shift hours What Do You Think?
