In this role you will: Utilize your background in wireless communications systems to lead the design, development, and optimization of wireless communication technologies Demonstrate your proficiency in spectrum management and RF environmental awareness ensuring a deep understanding of radio frequency environments, particularly those associated with LTE Leverage your diverse technical background, including hands-on experience with communications systems. Showcase your expertise in LTE technologies and protocols . Apply your expertise in digital signal processing , a critical component in wireless technologies like LTE. Your skills in signal modulation, demodulation, and processing will be invaluable Develop networking designs tailored for both commercial and government applications Showcase your understanding of the specific requirements and standards associated with LTE across various sectors. Lead the change in addressing and providing solutions for 5G and future wireless communication systems. Bring your forward-looking approach and expertise in the latest wireless technologies, including LTE and its evolving landscape . The Ideal Candidate would: Have a bachelor's degree with a focus on wireless communication or related field (master's or PhD preferred). Proven experience as an SME in LTE and wireless technologies Extensive background in wireless networking design and optimization Expertise in RF environmental awareness and spectrum management. Diverse technical background with hands-on experience in communications systems. Proficiency in digital signal processing (DSP) for wireless applications Track record of successful network designs for both commercial and government applications Forward looking mindset with the ability to address emerging services in the wireless domain.
