job summary:Randstad is currently working with a Business owner who owns multiple profitable entities. Due to the growth of the businesses, a Controller is needed to assist the owners with business decisions and lead the financial operations of this dynamic and fast-paced organization in Las Vegas.
The successful candidate will manage the accounting functions for multiple entities, focusing on cash flows, banking activities, investments, and overall cash management. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and enjoys an entrepreneurial environment.
Starting salary $125K - $150K plus a bonus.

responsibilities:
Financial Operations Management:
Oversee accounting and financial operations across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to financial standards.Cash Flow Monitoring & Strategy:
Analyze and project cash flow to optimize liquidity and align short-term and long-term strategies with organizational goals.Banking & Financial Activities:
Manage relationships with banking partners, oversee transactions, and ensure efficient and accurate financial operations.Investment Oversight:
Administer the organization's investment portfolio, monitor performance, and manage cash allocation for maximum efficiency.Accounting Systems & Bookkeeping:
Streamline QuickBooks processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management, to maintain accurate and timely records.Financial Reporting & Insights:
Deliver monthly and annual financial reports with actionable insights, supporting senior management in data-driven decision-making.Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, establish robust internal controls, and coordinate with external CPA firms for tax preparation and reporting.qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field ( CPA or CMA preferred )2+ years of management experience, leading an Accounting team.Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skillsEffective communication and interpersonal abilities for teamwork and stakeholder managementReal estate industry experience
