Job Summary As a member of the Principal Gifts & Donor Relations team, the Senior Foundation Specialist, Donor Relations & Stewardship will have oversight of gift stewardship, and donor recognition programs for major, mid-level and annual donors. The Senior Foundation Specialist, Donor Relations & Stewardship will be dedicated to ensuring best practices are adhered to for strengthening relationships with donors. The goal of the donor relations function is to ensure that major, mid-level and annual donors experience high-quality interactions across Corewell Health that foster long-term engagement and investment. Essential Functions Oversee stewardship activities related to annual donors, midlevel donors, major donors and key fundraising events, which includes creation of custom thank you letters, gratitude reports, and coordinating special visits and recognition. Manage creation and implementation of gift acceptance agreements and stewardship plans Oversee donor signage recognition throughout Corewell Health West ensuring maintenance and creation of new signage. Maintain a stewardship portfolio of select donors Collaborate with stewardship team on key donor activities to create a comprehensive and consistent stewardship program Create talking points/scripts and event briefings for regional hospital events Oversee and implement stewardship events as needed Qualifications Required Bachelors degree in philanthropy, communications, marketing, business, or related field 5 years of relevant experience in fund development, volunteer and donor relations, or related field.
