We are the company of the future. Your Mission The Marketing Manager produces quality content on a daily basis. This position will be responsible for developing brand strategies and compelling content on social media, Google Business Page, our websites, in email campaigns, and collateral, while also analyzing performance and optimizing campaigns on an ongoing basis. The Marketing Manager will write engaging email newsletters for real estate prospects and recruits, build out marketing plans and strategies (including websites, sales sheets and presentations, creative copy for social graphics, etc.), write sales copy and drip campaigns, & create amazing graphics to assist in any other marketing initiatives and projects as assigned. Responsibilities: Will be responsible for developing and creating compelling content on all of our team and brokerage social media accounts. Manage and post on our team and brokerage Google My Business pages. Write engaging email newsletters for real estate prospects and recruits. Manage all of our presentation packets. Create graphics for our team when needed. Create mail campaigns when needed. Manage our YouTube channel. Track our analytics on all social channels to monitor growth. Qualifications: You May Be a Great Fit If: You are a strong writerboth long- and short-formwith the ability to develop a brand voice. You can crank out content every day and enjoy creating it. You are eager to develop content calendars and write compelling content on varying topics from real estate to entrepreneurship to business growth. You arent burned out on social media. Your research and analyze best practices regularly and optimize your strategies and tactics to ensure high engagement. You teach social media training to our real estate agents and help analyze their social followings. You are super creative and great at creating graphics, PowerPoint, marketing presentations, etc to help present our company and brand in the best and most consistent way. You thrive on production while also being strategic you love a full to-do list and producing high-quality content on a regular basis. You are upbeat, fast-paced, drama-free, and a learning-based individual. Your drive isnt contained to a 9-5 job or role. You get things done daily but can also pause to be strategic when needed. You are ambitious and a self-starter. You cant stand mediocrity and push yourself to be better every day than the last. You lead yourself first and crave constructive feedback. You collaborate well with others, yet thrive on independent work. Bonus Points For Real estate experience, experience with YouTube, Google Ad Words, WordPress, Monday, Canva Hubspot, and a passion for creative writing with strong calls to action. Daily Priorities Include : Take ownership of our brand voice and help implement it across all channels.
