Work Schedule:

100% FTE, 40 hours/week. Day/evening shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of department.

We are seeking a

Physical Therapist - Outpatient Neurology (PT)

to:Provide consultative and rehabilitative services to individuals with conditions such as stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, movement disorders and vestibular disorders.Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes and plan of care.Seek continual learning opportunities to advance one's own practice and educate others.Work within a large, dynamic rehabilitation team to continually provide exceptional patient and family centered care.At UW Health, you will have :

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy RequiredWork Experience:

2 years of prior relevant experience PreferredLicenses and Certifications:

Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire RequiredBasic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months Required
