A global professional services firm is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to join their dynamic team located in downtown Los Angeles. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.Responsibilities:As a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for the preparation of monthly financial statements, capital accounting analysis reports and annual audit and tax schedules. Other key responsibilities include:Analyzing monthly cash activity, including all currencies, to provide management with meaningful information on cash and capital activity and proposed cash draw amountsManaging detail partnership capital and income records, including capital contributions, income allocation, distributions, and capital purchases and sale transactionsManaging detail partnership retirement plan details and providing ad hoc analysis for partners planning purposesPreparing retired partner compensation report and supporting partnership annual meetingsCollaborating with broader finance management team on initiatives including annual budget, year-end reporting, and new report developmentPreparing monthly consolidated financial statements and capital accounting reports; reviewing financial results, investigating any variances, and preparing explanationsQualifications:A Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or related fieldA CPAA minimum five years (5) experience in increasingly complex accountingExperience in financial reporting and modeling, preferably in a legal or professional services environmentCompensation & BenefitsSuccessful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also receive a generous and competitive total compensation package. Compensation:$100,000-$130,000 per year
