Job Description
Salary Range:
The expected pay range for this position is $120,000 - $130,000 yearly. The pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location.
Responsibilities:
Create training content and knowledge sharing resources on data-related topics (e.g., the use of business intelligence tools, data literacy, data visualization, and data governance tools such as Collibra).
Deliver live training sessions, virtually and in-person.
Assist in the configuration and management of metadata management tools (e.g., Microsoft Purview, Collibra, Alation, Informatica).
Assist in the development and implementation of data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
Assist in the configure and maintenance of enterprise metadata templates (e.g., data dictionaries, business glossaries, metrics/KPI glossaries).
Support the customer’s content strategy and knowledge management efforts.
Qualifications:Qualifications
Required Skillset:
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience with data governance.
Experience designing training content and resources in one of the following disciplines: data visualization, data analysis, data science, data governance, federal HR, or DEIA.
Experience working with data governance concepts, data quality management, and data stewardship
Experience providing direct customer support (e.g., responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues).
Experience in content strategy and/or knowledge management.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (preferred)
Clearance Requirement:
Must be a US Citizen
Ability to obtain a public trust clearance.
