THMA leadership development programs provide executive education, healthcare knowledge, and skills growth to high-potential health system and healthcare industry leaders. Primary Job Duties: Program manage cohort-based, adult education program(s) for healthcare delivery and industry executives, directors, and managers Manage administration of all program components, including, application processes, core curriculum, retention, participant experience, communications, and program evaluation Develop in-person educational sessions for multiple meetings per year and on-line educational modules including content and assessments Source & manage program faculty, guest speakers, mentors and advisory committee members Oversee progress and outcome evaluations of strategic capstone projects Collaborate across departments to share ideas and insights on industry market trends and thought leadership Work closely with Member Development team to lead recruitment efforts Work closely with Meeting Services staff to integrate curriculum programming with meeting logistics requirements Oversee production of program marketing, meeting, and graduation materials Contribute to other leadership development efforts and special projects as necessary Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 5 years experience in program management experience required Bachelors degree required, MPH, MPP, MHA preferred Curriculum development experience required, particularly related to leadership, healthcare economics, health system management, organizational development, etc., preferred; ability to execute online learning experience strongly preferred Project management experience Course authoring software and LMS management experience strongly preferred Ability to establish credibility and relationships with senior executives preferred Relevant experience in facilitation and content delivery Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Experience working within a CRM such as Salesforce.com is a plus Interpersonal Skills & Attributes: Effective verbal and written communication sills Ability to present effectively to groups Ability to learn healthcare industry trends Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities Able to identify needs of member base proactively and work to address Strategic mindset Ability to influence others at senior levels Team approach to working with others, ability to perform a variety of duties within any workday Process oriented with the ability to drive a project to completion Attention to detail Ability to work independently and as a team member Self-directed and resourceful Excellent organizational skills Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision and distance vision, and the ability to work with screens or monitors for prolonged periods of time. This position is primarily a sedentary job where the team member will be seated for the majority of the day. Ability to lift over 15 lbs. Compensation and Benefits: Starting salary from $90,000-100,000 per year.
