Position Summary:
The Associate, Member Development works to nurture business relationships and identifies new business opportunities for industry members for further development by account management executives. The role works to support the entire account management process to deal close.
Primary Job Duties:
Monitor industry trends to tailor marketing and member development efforts
Assist senior Member Development team members with relationship-building efforts
Prepare background research on accounts for senior team members
Prepare and ensure delivery of follow-up materials
Maintain CRM data to capture a 360-degree view of member experience (key contacts, memberships, active memberships, renewals, relationship history, etc.)
Assist with internal coordination amongst departments (Meeting Services, Ed Services, Research)
Listen in on member calls and provide necessary follow-up materials
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience in sales or customer-focused role
Interest in the Healthcare Industry
2 days in office per week (hybrid role)

Team approach to working with others
Ability to perform a variety of duties within any work-day
Organizational skills from planning to execution of tasks and projects

Experience developing personal organization tactics to meet business goals
Experience finding multiple solutions to a complex problem
Proven experience managing multiple competing priorities
Knowledge of and interest in healthcare subject matter

Compensation:
Pay is $55,000 plus benefits.
