Job Title: IT Support Engineer Location: Denver, CO Type: Part-Time (2-3 days a week, flexible schedule, preferably Tuesday and Wednesday but can be adjusted) Schedule: Business hours Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join our new small satellite office in Denver. This role involves providing exceptional technical assistance to our CEO and their executive staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AV and video conferencing technologies, along with experience troubleshooting both Mac and Windows devices in an enterprise environment. A professional presence and excellent communication skills are essential, as the role requires handling sensitive information with confidentiality. Responsibilities: Provide prompt and effective technical support to the CEO and their staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. Manage and maintain AV equipment in conference rooms and executive offices, ensuring seamless operation for meetings and presentations. Offer expert support for video conferencing platforms like Zoom and Google Meet, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. Assist with onboarding new executive staff members, setting up their devices, and providing training on relevant technologies. Manage and maintain executive devices (Mac and Windows laptops, smartphones, tablets) using tools like Azure, Intune, and Okta. Support printing and scanning needs, including troubleshooting HP Smart Printers. Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and best practices to provide proactive recommendations and support. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information and interacting with executive staff. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in an executive or VIP environment. Strong knowledge of Mac and Windows operating systems, including troubleshooting and configuration. Expertise in AV technologies and video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet). Experience with Azure, Intune, Okta, and other enterprise IT management tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with executive staff. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. Bonus Qualifications: Experience supporting Google Workspace and Zscaler. Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft, Apple, CompTIA).
