About the Role:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve dealership goals and growth.
Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.
Conduct vehicle appraisals and manage trade-ins.
Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Proven
sales management
experience in the automotive industry (minimum 3 years).
Familiarity with
F&I processes
and tools.
Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
Strong leadership ability with a passion for mentoring and developing a team.
Proficiency in automotive CRM and dealership software.
Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
