Oversee and manage all aspects of the used car special finance department
Analyze and evaluate credit applications, determining appropriate financing options
Negotiate and secure loan funding for qualified buyers
Maximize front and back-end gross profits through effective sales strategies
Develop and maintain relationships with lenders and financial institutions
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Prior experience in a similar role in the automotive industry
In-depth knowledge of challenged credit deals and financing options
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
