Job Description
Project Leadership:
Direct and manage multiple projects simultaneously, providing strategic direction and ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.Client Engagement:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.Team Management:
Lead and mentor project teams including Project Managers, Superintendents, and support staff, promoting collaboration and professional growth.Financial Oversight:
Monitor project financial performance, ensuring profitability, cost control, and accurate forecasting.Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize exposure and ensure project success.Quality Assurance:
Uphold company standards for construction quality, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.Business Development:
Support business development efforts by participating in client presentations, proposals, and fostering new client relationships.Innovation and Improvement:

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master's preferred).Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in project management within the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing large-scale projects.Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.Thorough understanding of construction contracts, legal issues, and regulatory requirements.Proficiency in construction management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Primavera, Bluebeam).What's on Offer
