Our client, a leading manufacturer in the electronics industry, is seeking an Assembler 1, General to join their team. As an Assembler 1, you will be part of the assembly department supporting the production of medical equipment, spare parts, and accessories. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment.
Job Title: Assembler 1, General
Location: Zelienople, PA
Pay Range: $15.50/hourly rate
What's the Job?
Follow procedures to assemble electronics
Use hand tools (screwdriver)
Follow written directions
Work in a team atmosphere on production of medical equipment, spare parts, and accessories in accordance with quality specifications
Adhere to quality guidelines and work within clearly defined SOPs
What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent
Zero (0) to one (1) year of manufacturing assembly experience
Effective communication skills at a level co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand
Ability to read, write, interpret and comprehend specifications written in English and perform basic math calculations
Ability to use basic hand tools and tools of measurement
Has good attention to detail
Ability to get along with people and be able to work in a team environment
Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities
Physical Demand while performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time
