Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Manufacturing department supporting the PAC team. The ideal candidate will have good interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Assembler
Location: Lake Forest, CA
Pay Range: $20/hr
What's the Job?
Performs Level I basic and Level II intermediate assembly task, working from detailed engineering drawings, manufacturing documentation and written instructions including redline drawings, routers, assembly instructions and manufacturing workmanship documents under limited supervision.
Assemble/disassemble mechanical and electrical assemblies with a variety of hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque wrenches, standard wrenches, hammers, crimpers and solder guns under limited supervision.
Checks product for quality by self-inspection.
Interprets change orders to perform supervised rework/modification operations.
Validates own workmanship and checks the quality of previous operations, meeting or exceeding output requirements.
What's Needed?
High school/drawing reading skills and 1 to 2 years working in Manufacturing environment.
Ability to perform in a team environment with good interpersonal skills.
Performs basic computer skills to access released drawings and operate Clear Orbit .A
Ability to work in a changing fast-paced environment.
Must be able to meet or exceed quality and quantity standards.
