How You'll Make a Difference:
The Senior Data Analyst will be pivotal in supporting specific market segments and the overall Arkos Business within the organization by developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytical tools. This role requires a detail-oriented, data-driven individual passionate about transforming data into actionable insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, report building, and dashboard development, focusing on delivering customized solutions that meet the unique needs of the assigned market.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support and forge strong relationships with market leadership and various teams on their reporting and analytics needs based on leadership requests and strategic initiatives; and to ensure data comprehension and accessibility for informed decision-making.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market dynamics and trends to provide actionable insightsRecommend and implement best practices for data management and reporting within the assigned marketDesign, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platformsEngage in hands-on development activities, including but not limited to, coding, scripting, and system configuration, to implement data solutions, develop custom applications, and address technical issues effectivelyParticipate in the design, development, and maintenance of reports, dashboards, data pipelines, ETL processes, and analytical solutionsEngage in hands-on development activities, including but not limited to, coding, scripting, and system configuration, to implement data solutions, develop custom applications, and address technical issues effectively.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutionsQualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldAt least 4 years (6 years+ preferred) of hands-on experience in healthcare data analytics, Tableau visualization and building, along with the integration of this in cloud technologyAt least 3 years of experience working with cloud data warehouse products like AWS Redshift, ensuring data infrastructure scalability and reliabilityAt least 3 years of experience with claims, member, provider, and rx data aspects of healthcare dataKnowledge of native Salesforce reporting/dashboarding or CRMA function within SalesForceExpertise in SQL, Python, or other relevant programming languages, demonstrating the ability to design and develop complex data solutionsAbility to multi-task, shifting back and forth effectively between two or more activities or sources of information.Benefits:
