Job Description
Plan, organize, and manage all phases of Residential and Commercial construction projects. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Lead project meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards. Coordinate with site Superintendents and manage subcontractor performance. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion. Maintain clear communication with clients, keeping them informed of project progress and milestones. The Successful Applicant
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on Residential and Commercial projects. Proven success in managing construction projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of construction management principles, budgeting, and scheduling. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with project management software and tools. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. What's on Offer
