MCA, your trusted advisor for wireless communications, data, and security, is seeking an entry-level Business Development Representative in the Springfield, Missouri area to support our fast-growing MSS division.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Engage with clients through calls to understand and address their needs, concerns, or any issues related to products or services.

Respond promptly and accurately to callers, providing clear solutions and ensuring clients feel supported and valued.

Retain, grow, and diversify the value delivered to our customers, ultimately growing revenue as a result.

Develop a thorough understanding of the client's position in the market, their product/service, points of difference, and competitive landscape.

Oversee client feedback and input for all projects, providing clear direction and detailed timelines.

Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders at all levels

Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, new, and upcoming projects.

Proactively maintain connections with clients and stay attuned to market changes to identify new opportunities, ensuring consistent and effective engagement with all potential clients.

Provide sales support and recommend products or services that best align with client needs.

Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:

Bachelor's degree, preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent, required.

Technical background a plus but not required.

Prior experience within a team environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to build rapport with clients and prospects; ability to articulate the value proposition of MCA services to potential clients both verbally and in writing.

Motivated, energetic, and results-driven self-starter with a strong sense of ownership over project details and a commitment to accountability.

Proven ability to multitask, work both independently and collaboratively, and readily follow instructions as needed.

Basic computer skills to include CRM and Microsoft Suite.

YOUR ENVIRONMENTAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The physical environment requires the employee to work inside.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear; lift (overhead, waist level) from the floor, bending, frequently utilize near vision use for reading and computer use; occasionally move equipment weighing up to 15 pounds, and frequently position self to maintain computers or other equipment as needed.
