WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop top-tier sales and service employees, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and skills to succeed.
- Set clear direction and goals for the team, provide ongoing training, and motivation, and conduct regular meetings to align efforts and drive success.
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions and "ride-alongs" with all sales representatives to provide personalized guidance and support, fostering their professional growth.
- Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with customers, partners, vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations and high customer satisfaction.
- Engage with Regional Vice Presidents through timely communication, accurate forecasting (including early, mid-month, and final reporting), and providing strategic direction to guide the team's efforts.
- Drive the team to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring a consistent performance that aligns with company goals.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:
- 8+ years of successful sales experience, including 4+ years in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated experience in sales management, with a focus on high integrity and a service-minded approach that prioritizes the well-being of both team members and customers.
- High energy, strong work ethic, and action-oriented mindset, consistently driving toward achieving goals and motivating the team to do the same.
- Ability to embrace and implement a structured sales approach, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across the team.
- Proven experience in developing, coaching, and motivating sales professionals to reach their full potential and contribute to team success.
- Ability to lead change and provide innovative solutions in a dynamic and evolving market environment.
- Knowledge of products, services, and industry trends is a plus, enhancing the ability to lead with credibility and insight.
