EX3 - Senior Analyst - Consumer Financial Services (CFS) Planning and Reporting

The Senior Analyst of CFS Planning and Reporting will support the company's sales growth and performance initiatives by forecasting, monitoring, and reporting on the operational sales performance of AHFC's consumer financial services portfolio. In addition, the role will lend subject matter expertise to support direction and recommendations related to the company's sales penetration objectives and treasury funding needs. This contributes to AHFC's objectives to support sales growth while maintaining a healthy financial position, which in turn supports our parent company AHM with profitability.

Key Accountabilities

Forecasting: Analyze business conditions, then develop the monthly, fiscal year, and long-range forecasts for AHFC's consumer finance loan and lease contract businessReporting: Support consumer financial services corporate and field management by tracking, monitoring, and reporting on the performance of key operating metrics that measure sales performance against objectives.Presentation Designing: Curate business content and translate complex information into visual presentation.Competitive Benchmarking: Administer the company's semi-annual NADA surveys and serve as liaison between NADA and AHFC corporate and field personnel.Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

BA/BS degree required in mathematics/statistics, finance, economics, business, business administration or related fieldWork experience must include 5+ years in a lending, or financial fieldKnowledge of indirect loan/lease consumer lending is requiredMust have a solid understanding of the automotive industry / automotive finance businessGood quantitative/mathematical skills and financial acumenExperience developing operational reports, forecasts and variance analysesAbility to communicate across all levels of the organizationStrong verbal and written communication skillsExperience mining large datasetsProficient in MS Windows Applications, with a strong emphasis in ExcelProficient in TableauWorking Conditions
