Academic Urologist, Full Time/Part Time

Job DescriptionOur client, a top teaching hospital in New York City, is hiring a Urologist. Responsibilities: Direct patient care Teaching and supervision of Urology residents and students in an academic community hospital setting The greatest need is for general urology but have subspecialty need for urologists with additional experience in reconstruction, female/pelvic medicine, voiding dysfunction and endourology. Schedule: 32 hours per week with flexibility, call responsibilities will be no more than 1 in 4 and are also flexible. Faculty appointment Requirements: MD degree Board certified/board eligible by the American Board of Urology Valid New York State License DEA and Medicaid number. Highly motivated and dedicated physician interested in working with an urban, ethnically diverse, underserved population in a dynamic and supportive academic setting.
