The Impact You'll Make:Work across multiple teams of mobile developers and interact closely with our Product, Design, Analytics, Architecture, and Research teamsHelp continue to shape our mobile experience, ensuring the best performance and user experienceBuild and support our consumer mobile apps to delight our millions of usersProactively identify challenges in the development process to reduce developer frictionParticipate in architecture discussions and contribute to improving the foundation of our mobile platformWhat You Should Have:
2+ years of software engineering and high proficiency in Mobile App development (Kotlin, Android)Advanced debugging skills and ability to solve complex issues encountered when building mobile appsExperience building rich UI utilizing Jetpack ComposeFamiliarity developing with Kotlin Multiplatform and integrating with third-party libraries.Ability to work cross-functionally with key stakeholders and drive technical decisions forwardOur technology stack:

This hybrid role is required to work at our Austin, Chicago, New York, or DC office for 2 days/week.
Compensation:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000 - $150,000 + bonus (for certain roles) + equity + benefits. The final starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
